Upon arrival into New Brunswick, after completing immigration and customs formalities, collect your baggage and proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Here you will collect your rental car for the next ten days. Make the quick drive up the coast to St. Martins Country Inn, where you will stay for three nights.
Located in the heart of the historic fishing village of St. Martins, St. Martins Country Inn offers sweeping views of the ocean and greets guests with open arms and exceptional hospitality. Built in 1857, this iconic Inn offers sixteen beautifully decorated rooms featuring a combination of antiques from the area and modern amenities.
Today, enjoy a full day experience on the Fundy Footpath.
The Fundy Foothpath is a challenging wilderness trail that begins with a suspension bridge at Big Salmon River and hugs the coastline all the way to the boundary of Fundy National Park. As one of the last remaining coastal wilderness areas between Florida and Labrador, the trail and wilderness experiences is spectacular.
You’ll head out with a local naturalist guide who will escort you through this rugged and remote wilderness area. Your interpretive guide’s deep knowledge of the area and recent activity inside the park will complete this unique experience.

Pristine natural beauty, hospitable locals, fantastic cuisine and a host of leisure activities make New Brunswick an unforgettable travel destination. Among its most famous attractions is the Bay of Fundy, where ebb and flow of the tides sees an incredible billion tonnes of water come in and out of the bay per day. A highlight travel experience of the region is island-hopping around the Bay of Fundy using the local ferry system. Other prime activities include sport-fishing off the coast and fly-fishing in the surrounding lakes and rivers, and whale watching just off the coast, with the chance to see up to 12 different whale species!
This morning, make your way to the coastal village of Deer Island to the Deer Island Inn for three nights, two days of kayaking. In the evening, meet up with your local guides who will set you up with all of the necessary gear before hitting the water tomorrow.

As one of the richest marine ecosystems in the world, exploring the Bay of Fundy by kayak is an immersive way to enjoy and explore this unique area. For the next two days, you will be escorted through wonderful marine ecosystem by a local guide who will take you to some of his favorite corners, share with you the area’s history and take you to observe some incredible marine life. Each evening, you will return to the Deer Island Inn where you will enjoy a home cooked fresh meal, glass of wine and a hot shower after a full day of active exploration. By the end of these two days, you will have developed a true sense and connection to this magical place.
This morning, make your way to the historic town of Saint Andrews to Rossmount Inn where you will stay for one night.
Located on an 87 acre estate, the Rossmount Inn is nestled between the forest and the sea. Featuring breathtaking views of Chamcook Mountain, the highest point in the Passamaquoddy Bay along with sweeping vistas over the Bay, Chamcook Lake, St. Croix River and the coast of Maine. The original Inn was built in 1889 and was later destroyed by a fire in 1961 but was soon rebuilt by the Simes family of Saint John and still stands today. The current building includes the original chimneys and front steps and was designed to reflect the beauty and history that the was part of the initial Inn. The Inn offers 18 guest rooms, each with a different view. Dining at the Inn is an experience of it’s own! From fresh fish, organic local produce including fresh picked mushrooms found on the slopes behind the inn, locally grown vegetables, artisanal cheeses and fine wines this is a taste of the good life.
This morning, begin your drive to Maine to The Harbour Cottage Inn where you will stay for two nights.
Harbour Cottage Bed and Breakfast is located on the quiet side of Mt. Desert Island, in the quaint village of Southwest Harbour. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood the Inn welcomes guests to relax and enjoy the serenity found on the island. Just a few blocks from the Inn guests will find wonderful restaurants and shops downtown or along the harbor. Each morning begin your day with a delicious, homemade breakfast on their porch or in the living room by the fireplace before heading out to explore the pristine nature in Acadia National Park and surrounding areas.
Today, enjoy a full day of rock climbing in Acadia National Park.
You’ll be paired with an expert guide to show you the ropes and introduce you to rock climbing in this most revered of venues. There are several sites in Acadia to choose from that your guide will discuss with you after some initial instruction. With the private family outing, you have the option to spend as much time climbing with your guide as you wish. Be sure to bring plenty of water, sunscreen and a sack lunch for this great outing!
At a time to be advised the night before: Make your way to the Bangor Airport to return your rental car before your departure flight.
Return home, taking with you the sights, sounds, and memories of an incredible trip!
